1. About Dream442
Dream442 ("we", "us", "our") is a free-to-play, match-by-match fantasy football platform operated at www.dream442.co.uk and www.dream442.com. The platform is owned and operated by Dream442 Ltd. By accessing or using Dream442 you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
- ·You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate.
- ·You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in free-to-play fantasy sports competitions is permitted by law.
- ·By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
- ·We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or prize forfeiture.
- ·Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Dream442 and its sponsors are not eligible to win prizes.
3. How to Play
Dream442 is a skill-based fantasy sports competition. For each World Cup fixture, registered users may submit up to 2 entries. Each entry consists of:
- ·11 starting players and 2 substitutes selected from the two competing teams
- ·A formation of 4-4-2 or 4-3-3
- ·A maximum of 7 players from one team and 6 from the other
- ·1 substitute from each team
- ·A total squad value within the £100M budget
- ·1 designated MVP player (3× points multiplier)
- ·1 designated Captain player (2× points multiplier)
- ·A tiebreaker number between 1 and 1000
Entries must be submitted before the entry deadline, which is 10 minutes prior to the scheduled kick-off time. Once submitted, entries cannot be changed.
4. Points and Scoring
Points are awarded based on the real-world performance of selected players in the relevant match, using official match statistics. The full scoring breakdown is available on our How to Play page. Dream442 reserves the right to correct scoring errors at any time.
Man of the Match points (+5) are awarded based on the official post-match broadcast announcement. This is applied manually by Dream442 staff following each match.
5. Prizes
- ·Prizes are funded by sponsors and are distributed to the top 50 ranked entries per match.
- ·Prize amounts vary by round — see our Prizes page for the full breakdown.
- ·Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents other than as stated.
- ·To claim a prize, your identity must be verified. You must upload a valid government-issued ID (passport or driving licence) and it must be approved before payment is processed.
- ·Prize payments will be made within 14 days of identity verification being confirmed.
- ·If two or more entries achieve identical point totals, the tiebreaker number determines the winner. The entry with the number closest to a randomly drawn number between 1 and 1000 wins. There are no shared prizes.
- ·Dream442 reserves the right to withhold prizes where there is evidence of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.
6. Account Registration
- ·You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional entries is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
- ·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
- ·You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- ·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.
7. Responsible Gaming
Dream442 is currently free to play and does not involve wagering real money. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable users.
- ·Dream442 is strictly 18+. Age verification is enforced at registration.
- ·If you are concerned about your gaming habits, please visit GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) or BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org).
- ·A future paid-entry model will operate under the appropriate regulatory framework and gambling licence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Dream442, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dream442 Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- ·Dream442 is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- ·We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
- ·We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, prize opportunities, or consequential losses.
- ·Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of any prize you have been confirmed as winning.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Dream442 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will always display the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
